The Board of Directors of the Washington Convention and Sports Authority (t/a Events DC), in accordance with the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of 1973, D.C. Official Code §1-207.42 (2006 Repl., 2011 Supp.), and the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act of 1968, as amended by the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, D.C. Official Code §2-576(5) (2011 Repl., 2011 Supp.), hereby gives notice that a previously announced Public Session, scheduled for Thursday, April 5, 2011, will take place in the L’Enfant Map Room at the Carnegie Library at Mt. Code §1-1504, hereby gives notice that it has scheduled the following meetings for 2012: January 13, February 2, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, July 12, September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6. Meetings are held in the Dr. Charlene Drew Jarvis Board Room of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. The Washington Convention Center Advisory Committee meets on the third Thursday of alternating months, and will meet on the following dates in 2012: January 19, March 15, May 17, July 19, September 20 and November 15. Meetings are held in the Dr. Charlene Drew Jarvis Board Room of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Place, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001, beginning at 5 p.m. Subcommittee and special meetings of the Committee may be scheduled, as deemed necessary, to address matters that may warrant the Committee’s input, advice and/or recommendations.
