Visitor Information

Majestic monuments. Amazing museums. Exciting nightlife. Looks like "entertainment capital" would fit, too.

monumentOf course, you're here for business, but in the event you get a minute to enjoy this amazing city, we have hundreds of museums and galleries. For some ideas, visit Washington DC Convention and Tourism Corporation or Cultural Tourism DC.Org.

Easy around.

Washington is surrounded by three major airports, Amtrak and a world-class subway system, METRO.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately 6 miles from the Center. Metro is accessible from the terminal.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is about 27 miles. Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) airport is about 30 miles from the Center. Both Airports offer public transportation into the District. At Dulles, you can take a bus to the Metro; and at BWI you can take the MARC train and then transfer to the Metro system.
